Thank you for choosing Run to the Father! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Run to the Father website, mobile interfaces, and any associated applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by VIISION GROUP Co., Ltd. ("VIISION GROUP," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited‑liability company incorporated in the Republic of Korea with its registered office at Gangnam‑gu, Seoul.
By creating an account, clicking Subscribe, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
VIISION GROUP is a faith‑based technology company whose mission is to connect people to God's Word through innovative digital experiences.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate and complete information when you register and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you sign up with an e‑mail address owned by your employer or another organization, that organization may, after notice to you, assume control of the account.
The current price for the Pro subscription is displayed on the checkout page.
We accept only PayPal for subscription payments. When you click Subscribe, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorise a monthly auto‑renewing payment. We do not store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize PayPal to charge the subscription fee to your selected funding source each billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time via Settings › Subscription or directly in your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
All payments are non‑refundable. When you cancel, you will continue to receive Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue pro‑rated refunds, credits, or retroactive discounts, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, please e‑mail runtothefatherai@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the charge and, if confirmed erroneous, issue a full refund to your original PayPal funding source.
If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by e‑mail. New prices apply on your next renewal.
Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes, provided you comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

You may provide input ("Input") and receive output ("Output"). You are responsible for ensuring that Input complies with law and these Terms. Subject to applicable law, you own your Input and, as between you and us, you own the Output we generate for you.
Because of the nature of AI, similar Output may be produced for other users.
We may use Content to operate, improve, and secure the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Services. You may use our brand assets only in accordance with our brand guidelines.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that Output will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIISION GROUP and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the past 12 months or (b) USD 100.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you will indemnify and hold harmless VIISION GROUP and its personnel from any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
We may modify the Services or these Terms to reflect improvements, legal or regulatory changes, or security needs. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
